Effects of tau protein phosphorylation upon microtubule dynamic instability in cells.

In this talk, I will present how we determine microtubule (MT) dynamic instability in GFP-Tubulin expressing MCF7 cells with new MT tracking and analysis software developed in ITR project.

Visit to Marc's Lab – University of Utah, Salt Lake City

A brief summary of the visit to Robert Marc's Lab. An overview of the current image analysis done with images obtained after Computational Molecular Phenotyping (CMP). Identifying potential improvements or problems with their current procedures in order to help them get better results especially in classifying patterns of amino acids obtained after CMP.

Infrastructure updates and 3D visualization: design, library and applications

Infrastructure updates include image server full support for video and a new open source 3D visualization software that allows visualize confocal images on a common desktop and export flyovers as videos.
